The Evolve Center of Counseling & Coaching is an outpatient behavioral health clinic program that provides a myriad of counseling services across Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, and South Carolina and we are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager! Pay range: Base: $45-60K/year. TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE, including commission: $60-80 K/year.

Total compensation package includes: Base salary, $700/month gas allowance, $75/month phone allowance, plus commission (tiered structure - referral based). More referrals generated from your territory = higher commission bonus.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch) - full-time. No weekends or evenings

JOB SUMMARY: The Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Representative will be a part of our Business Development team and is responsible for driving brand awareness, building lasting relationships with various providers and staff, coordinating marketing activities, and using a consultative sales approach.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Make daily calls to prospective referral sources
  • Develop strong relationships with referral sources (hospitals, Dr.'s offices, other clinics, etc.) and support staff in your territory - travel required
  • Maintain friendly and professional relationships with all clients and employees

Serves as member of multiple proposal teams throughout the year to develop detailed proposals that are persuasive and compliant

  • Drive referral and territory growth in your assigned territory

Provide input and leadership in support of key proposal decisions; leads pricing strategy and cost competitiveness; supports recruitment and partnering

  • Communicate marketing information effectively to referral sources and maintain records

Reviews budgets, reviews cost proposal volumes, such as budget narrative, and prepares best value summaries for the cost proposal

  • Utilize monthly marketing budget ($1200) to host events/presentations with referral sources

Conducts research and participates in trips to the assigned territory to prepare new proposals, recruits project staff, facilitates technical and operational incubators and storyboarding, and markets development alternatives to prospective clients and partner organizations

  • Development of campaigns and overseeing promotional events

Gradually takes other responsibilities in addition to managing proposals based on a successful track record of managing strategic proposals with limited guidance

  • Prepare reports regarding sales activity as requested

Serve as a mentor/coach to other proposal team members, providing strategic guidance and support in upholding business development standards and managing compliant and responsible proposals

Tracks compliance with controls and proposal processes and procedures

  • Use and maintain data in CRM system

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of B2B sales/marketing or relevant Healthcare experience
  • Current and valid state driver’s license required
  • Ability for innovation, problem solving, creativeness, flexibility, and having fun.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
